Yes. HomePlus packages are fully customizable. You can combine garage epoxy, smart installs, driveway sealing, or junk removal into one streamlined project — priced fairly and executed fast.
How long does a typical project take?
Most residential jobs — like epoxy floors or junk removal — are completed in 1 day or less. Large commercial and industrial projects can range from 2–10 days, depending on scope and facility size.

• Transactional: quotes, work orders, invoices, payments (processed by third-party gateways; we do not store full card numbers).
• Marketing & Analytics: page views, links clicked, time on page, device/browser, IP address, approximate location, advertising identifiers (via cookies, pixels, and similar tech).
• Social/Advertising Data: information associated with your interactions with our ads (e.g., Meta Instant Forms, Conversion Leads).
• Preference Data: opt-in/opt-out status for email and SMS, language, interests you tell us.
We collect information directly from you (forms, bookings, phone/SMS), automatically (cookies/pixels), and from limited third parties (e.g., ad platforms or referral partners with your consent). -

Disclosing your information
We do not sell personal information. We may share it with:
• Service providers/Processors: hosting, CRM, scheduling, payments, analytics, advertising, email/SMS, call recording, cloud storage, and field ops tools (access limited to services provided, with protection obligations).
• Business transfers: in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of assets.
• Legal and safety: to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.
• With your direction/consent: e.g., featuring project photos on our portfolio or social channels with your approval. -
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your province and outside Canada (e.g., the United States). While subject to foreign laws, we use contractual and technical safeguards to protect your information. -
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described, to meet legal/financial record-keeping requirements, and to resolve disputes. Typical retention:
• Leads/quotes: up to 24 months after last interaction.
• Invoices/contracts/warranty: up to 7 years (accounting/tax).
• Call recordings: 12 months unless needed longer for quality or dispute resolution.
When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized. -
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. -
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child has provided information, contact us to delete it. -
